As before, add JPGs to Moove/ART/JPG, next open the furniture files then the England in Spring MPZ
(it's quite a big zip)

A simple Honeymoon Suite - but just use it as a bedroom if you want

Open the zip and put JPG's into Moove/ART/JPG, open all the furniture files and put the Backup file into Moove/Backup/LivingRoomA.
Next use create a room and then restore the room from the Backup file
